Fluke Networks OptiView Ethernet Pro Integrated Network Analyzer with Cover

This Fluke Networks, OptiView, Ethernet Pro, Integrated Network Analyzer with Cover is used but in good cosmetic condition.  We used a universal power supply to test this unit however, it is not included.  The monitor powers on but nothing is displayed (see photos).  We are unable to test it further.  All buttons and connection points are in good condition.  The battery holds a charge.  The overall cosmetic condition of this system is good with the exception of a few minor scuff marks associated with previous use (see photos).  The power supply is not included.  Since we do not have the expertise to conduct further testing on this system, it is being sold as-is with no returns.  Includes everything displayed in the photos and nothing else.
