This Med-Eng Systems TM-500C Telescopic Manipulator came from a working environment and is in great cosmetic condition. This unit is a remote manipulator to maximize standoff distance when working in close proximity with suspect packages. The connection points are clean and in good condition. This system does not come with the control panel, bipod arm, straps and main pole. There are some scuff marks and slight rust on the case handles and the counterweight from previous use (see photos). This unit is powered by 5 C batteries that are not included. This unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
