This Tyler Camera Systems, Model 403, Middle Mount, Helicopter Camera Mount for Astar and Twinstar Series Helicopters, is used but in good cosmetic condition.  All parts are clean and are in good condition with the exception of minor scuff marks (see photo).   All Cables and straps are in good condition.  The hard case is in good condition with the exception of a few scuff marks.  All latches close properly.  Includes necessary straps and cables (see photo).  We do not have the expertise to conduct additional testing on this system.
