Wayne Kerr Model 7330 Automatic LCR Meter Inductor Resistance Multimeter

This Wayne Kerr, Model 7330, Automatic LCR Meter, Inductor Resistance Multimeter is used and in fair condition.  The unit powers on but does not function properly.  The screen appears frozen and does not respond to inputs.  The display screen and control panel is in good cosmetic condition (see photo).  All buttons and control knobs are in good cosmetic condition.  There are minor scratches around the body of the unit (see photo).  Because this unit does not appear to function properly, it will be sold for parts only with no returns.  Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
