This Thermal Press International, C25MM, C-Series Precision Thermal Press Heat Sealer is used but in good condition.  The unit powers on but we do not have the expertise to test it further.  The Power Meter DPM-3 powers on and appears to function properly.  The display screens are in good working condition.  All switches and buttons are in good condition.  All connection points are clean and in good condition.  The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good.  Includes necessary Power Cords and Cleanroom Notebook.  We do not have the expertise to conduct any further testing.  However, this unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
