This Southbend ECX-16S Electric Boiler 2 Compartment Convection Steamer came from a working environment and is in great cosmetic condition. The Southbend ECX-16S requires 3ph 208v (Wye) electrical service. The Southbend ECX-16S is designed to be a high volume, two compartment commercial steamer housed on a 36inch table base, has a pan capacity of 16, has a durable stainless steel interior, independent controls, smart safety design, has a standard CSD-1 boiler controls with automatic blowdown, efficient in workspace cleanliness and is NSF and is cCSAus certified. This unit is not compatible with 3ph 240v (Delta High-leg) electrical configurations. Please consult with a licensed electrician to ensure compatibility with desired installation location. A circular covering is missing inside each of the top 2 doors behind the trays. There are scuff marks, scratches and a small dent on the left side from previous use (see photos).
