However, that does not effect its function. All manual adjustments are in good working condition with the exception of the arm rests, the arm rest knobs do not lock in place properly. The foot placements are in good cosmetic condition. All upholstery is clean and in good condition. The Velcro straps are clean and in good cosmetic condition.
