This Pelican, 9470 RALS, Remote Area Lighting System in Case is used but in good cosmetic condition. The system does not power on. One of the boards is bad and the charging box is not included. The 4 lamps are in good cosmetic condition with the exception of small scuffs on the clear plastic close to the frame. The hard case has a crack (see photo). Includes (2) batteries (4) lamps, (4) lamp poles, (3) European power cords, (1) U.S power cord and an instruction sheet. Since the system does not power on, it is being sold as-is with no returns. Includes everything displayed in the photos and nothing else.
