Both hand and foot units powers on and all light bulbs are in very good working condition. The control panels is in very good working condition and all buttons respond to menu selections. The top unit has 68.8 hours of use and the bottom unit has 61.1 hours of use (see photo). The cart is in good cosmetic condition with the exception of a couple minor scratches and the wheels roll smoothly. Includes a UVA Meter with case, (2) keys and an operational manual. This unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else. All international sales final.
