This Megger, PA-9 Plus, Portable Power Quality Analyzer, P9P00021-01000 with Case and Accessories is in excellent cosmetic condition with a new battery. The unit appears unused but does not power on. All accessories appear to be unused in the original packaging. We installed a new battery but the unit does not power on. The calibration was good thru April 13th, 2018. The display screen is in excellent condition. All buttons and switches are in excellent condition. All connection points are clean and in excellent condition. The overall cosmetic condition of this system is excellent. Please see list of included items below. Since do not have the expertise to diagnose the issue, this item is being sold as-is with no returns. Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
