The level is in good working condition. The tripod legs extend and lock properly. The Tripod feet are in good cosmetic condition. All Adjustment levers and knobs are in good working condition. The pan lock is broken (see photo). The pan handle is in good working condition. The overall cosmetic condition of the tripod is good with the exception of a few scuffs due to previous use.
