This Fluke 199, Digital Oscilloscope, Scopemeter, Multimeter, 200MHz 2.5GS/s with Hard Case is used but in good cosmetic condition. We do not have the power supply and are unable to test this unit. The display screen is in poor cosmetic condition due to some scratches and scuff marks (see photos). All buttons and connection points are clean and in good condition. The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good. The case is in good condition and closes properly. The Power Supply is not included. Since we do not have the necessary equipment to conduct any further testing on this unit, it is being sold as-is with no returns. Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
