This Electro Arc, 3-S, Portable AC Metal Disintegrator with Arc•er Head and Mini Magnetic Fixture is in good cosmetic condition. We are unable to test this system. All switches, cables and connection ports are in good condition. The Arc•er Head and Mini Magnetic Fixture are clean and in good condition. All manual adjustments are in good working condition. The unit rolls smoothly and the wheels lock properly. The overall cosmetic condition is good with the exception of a missing handle and some scrapes associated with previous use (see photos). Please see list of included items below. We do not have the expertise to conduct any further testing. However, this unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
