This twin steam kettle is being sold as is because we are unable to test it and do not know if it functions properly. The manufacture date is 2013. Both kettles tilt smoothly and the latches are in good condition. The right adjustment knob is broken off (see photo). There are some scratch marks associated with previous use (see photo). This unit is a 3 phase and 480V only and cannot be converted. Because we are unable to test this skillet, it will be sold for parts only with no returns. Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
