This Cardinal Health, Inovision, 451P-RYR, Ion Chamber, Survey Meter with Case was removed from a government (military) facility and is in good condition. The unit powers on and functions properly. The display screen illuminates properly and all buttons respond to selection. The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of markings and an engraving (see photo). The display screen and all buttons are in good condition. The battery compartment is clean and in good condition. Batteries are not included.
