This Baxter, EasySpray, Surgical, Pressure Regulator is used but in good cosmetic condition. The unit does not power on and we are unable to test it further. The gauge is in good cosmetic condition. All knobs and connection points are clean and in good condition. The cord attacked is in good cosmetic condition. The overall cosmetic condition of the unit is good with the exception of a few light scuff marks due to previous use (see photos). Batteries not included. Since we do not have the necessary equipment to conduct further testing on this system, it is being sold as-is with no returns. Includes everything displayed in the photos and nothing else.
