This AeroFlex, IFR, RCTS-003B, Radio Communications, Test System was removed from a government (military) facility and is in good condition. We do not have the expertise to fully test this system. The FM/AM-1600 responds to menu selections and appears to function properly. All buttons knobs and connection points are in excellent condition. The RCT-003B unit powers on, communicates with the FM/AM-1600 unit and appears to function properly. All connection points are clean and in good condition. The system includes all necessary cords, (1) HP printer, (2) Interface Adapter Assy, (2) Antennas, (1) CD Operational Manuals, (1) Software CD and a hard case. The overall cosmetic condition of the system is very good. We do not have the expertise to conduct additional testing. However, this unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
