GE Dash 4000 Patient Monitor with CapnoFlex LF C.O.2. Module

 

This monitor powers on with no errors and appears to function properly.  There are light scratches near the top of the screen and discoloration around the monitor.  Though the Capnoflex LF C.O.2 module is included, the monitor does not have the software set up for C.O.2 and would need to be purchased separately from GE.  See photos for exact monitor parameters.  Includes (2) Batteries and a Power Cord.
