This Newing Hall Apex-HPGL HP3 2-Axis Rotary Engraving Machine is in fair cosmetic condition. The unit powers on and all buttons respond to selections; however, there is no software to run the programs, the unit needs a profile cutter replacement and the dynagrip is missing as well. There are scuff marks, scratches and chips in the paint from previous use (see photos). Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
