The unit head rotates and tilts smoothly. The battery used for the illuminated bubble level is a CR2032, however, the battery is not included. The Mid-Level Spreader is missing a clamp, causing the unit to not be as stable when extended out, for this reason its being sold for parts. There are some scuff marks from previous use (see photos).
